Battery interconnects and DC cable assemblies are configured around the equipment terminals and routing of an energy-storage or DC power system. Termination options include battery connections, O-type ring terminals and other end arrangements that can be combined into a drawing-defined assembly.
Because these are custom terminations rather than a single fixed product, specify each end independently. A complete drawing should identify terminal geometry, polarity, conductor size, cable length and any branch points, with the finished electrical rating confirmed for that exact construction.
- Terminal or connector required at each end.
- Battery post and equipment interface dimensions.
- Conductor size, overall length and branch lengths.
- Polarity, routing and drawing approval.
